Judgement was not removed from ITC from 2014

I need help on this account, in 2014 the account(***) was in Arrears and it was settled in October. The Judgement listing was never removed on ITC as per our conversation with Malcolm Mutrie and I kept on loosing job offers. In 2015 my husband loss his job and had to relocate back to Johannesburg. We got into trouble again and app**** for a restructuring which was approved in January 2016. I checked with the Judgement department and was told it will take 7 working days to remove the Judgement. Guess what on the first week of February had a better offer from Liberty they could not take me due to the Nedbank Judgement. After a year of being unemployed my husband got an offer from Sanlam and he also got the same response and these wasn't the first offer he got he has missed an opportunity to earn an income due to the Judgement that has been hanging for almost three years. If we cannot get help from Nedbank we don't know where else should we go. I have sent it to Nedbank Complaints and what they did was to send it back to the very same person I am complaining about.
