Judgement Granted

I lost my job in January 2018 and that's when I started to default on my Vehicle installment amongst other things. In January 2019 I started making payment of R10 000 and promised to continue making payment thereof until my account was up to date. I was requested by one of the Legal Consultants to submit a payment arrangement letter to be submitted and Judgement application will be stopped. In March 2019 I didn't make payment as the funds I expected were delayed. The 18 April 2019 I then made payment of R35 00 and contacted the consultant to advise of the payment. At this stage the attorney nor the consultant were aware of the status of the judgement application and couldn't give me any answers. I then contacted the consultant on the 25 May and he then advised that he thinks judgement has been granted so I just have to settle the account, there is nothing that can be done which didn't sit well with me as I explained that my job dependent on my credit record.He then requested then I submit a plea letter for the judgement to be withdrawn, which I didn't receive acknowledgement of receipt of email or any feedback thereafter. I then contacted the consultant today to find out the status of the judgement application and he advised that the Judgement has been granted. Did seem to care at all and requested that I contacted the attorneys If I required more details on the Judgement. I contacted the rude attorney, who I sent an email to and he responded that the Judgement was granted "on, before April and May" not sure which date this is and there is a backlog so the Judgement hasn't been typed out.

I am so heartbroken with the manner in which I was treated and how my plea for the judgement to be withdrawn fell on deaf ears, eventhough the arrears were settled in April I feel no effort was made to hold back my file as it wasn't filed as yet. Yes I defaulted for a year, it was a tough time in my life and but prior to that my account was up to date.

I need more details on when the Judgement was granted and why it wasn't withdrawn. Can it still be withdrawn as this Judgement means that my contract of employment will be terminated.
