Judgement by Nedbank MFC without my knowledgement

To whom it may concern.

I have been placed on Judgement without my knowledgement by NEDBANK MFC.

In 2017 i got calls from the legal department informing me to put a payment plan proposal of affordability to be paid on a monthly basis. I had submitted the proposal, the legal person said that they will get back to me.

I called their office two months later i was told that they moved to another office, contact details were changed and numbers not existing. Including the.person I spoke to resigned.

I am now on a Judge ment status and cannot get through to anyone at Mfc to assist because they say it's with attorneys handling my matter. I donot have the details of attorneys.

This matter is a very delicate matter as the car is a write off. Mfc valued the car as R25000. I want to resolve this matter and get taken off Judgement removed. Call me ***
