Judgement

Hi , I have a problem with my credits card which are both paid up in full however after numerous call to try and get the paid up letter which i finally get after a while ,i was told that my name have judgement on it , wheres my accounts where paid fully on time but due to taking time/getting paid-up letter my name was still submitted for judgement with credit berue, I WANT TO KNOW HOW YOUR SYSTEM WORKS BECAUSE WE ARE ENDING UP IN CREDIT BERUE BECAUSE OF SLOW RESPOND.
