judgement

there is a judgement against my husbands name for a personal loan. it has been more than 5 months since our first request to settle the outstanding amount. we never received a settlement letter and all we keep getting is that the issue has been escalated to urgent. between ver-tex and nedbank, we were unable to get a copy of the contract or the settlement letter. it seems like none of the parties involved wants to receive payment.
