judgement

i have a judgment on my name with no notification ,i did not sign any acknowledgement of anything is this how our credit act condone ?this is absurd can the credit act intervene,whoever that will make contact from Nedbank i need a paper where i acknowledged the court order. besides that they must remove name and update my ITC status ,as they are in bridge of contract which i consider this judgement to be Nil and void.
