No Response to Complaints

<p>After calling them to reissue my credit cards after being mysteriously cancelled they go ahead and cancel my cheque cards an reissue one of my cheque cards.&nbsp; It's a complete joke. The ongoing issues are unbelievable. I still don't have access to my credit card funds, I get issued with an American Express card because they can't coordinate delivery of the card simultaneously. I had to borrow money from a friend because the other night out at dinner my cards mysteriously stopped working, obviously now because the idiots issued the wrong cards. The amount of time I've had to take off work to try help this pathetic bank get their paperwork right is unbelievable. I wish I could express how angry I am an disappointed. If a company like this is running there is honestly hope for any business to succeed. Nedbank has become a standard joke amongst my friends and I, thankfully there are other reliable banks out there.</p>
