joint bond to be removed of my credit profile

Very bad service received on ***i went to Nedbank Viking branch to enquire about a joint bond that needs to be removed from my credit profile the very nice consultant referred me to their tollfree no. which i was very excited about only to be transferred from pillar to post for 2 hours called 5 times spoke to 10 different people explaining my story so many times asking very nicely not to be transferred again. I need help urgently but im getting nowhere emailing complaints, client service and many more people for weeks on end. What do i do where do i go the bond is not long a joint bond and has to be removed from my profile.
