Jade Swartz saved the day. This would've been a complaint but luckily Jade answered the call and assisted me. She promised to call back and I knew I wasn't going to hear from her but she exceeded my expectations by actually phoning back and going the extra mile. We need more Jade's at Nedbank. Thank you Jade, I have already heard from the plumbers and I'm hoping this claim will be sorted now.
