Jacques Botes - Nedbank. Lifesaver after being Ignored!!!

Jacques Botes, specialist agent from Nedbank has been very kind and supportive with regards to assisting me with my transfer of funds from the UK to SA. I have had a Nedbank account for many years and have been a loyal customer. However, I sent an email in Nov 2019 to the overseas transfer email address and to date, I have not had a response. I feel that Jacques will resolve this and I would like him recognised for his support. Excellent service.
