Jabulani Mall Nedbank

I app**** an account for my daughter online and I didn't have documents with me, the I was told to submit them to the nearest branch, iyohh I went to Jabulani Mall Nedbank twice Friday and Saturday without any help, you will stand in the queue outside for more than 30minutes without any movement by that time I'm submitting documents, I went there on Saturday still the same ,I just went home then I called call center on Monday told me to submit at the branch, hopefully when I go to Maponya I will get the best service
