Ixopo nedbank with poor service

Ixopo nedbank branch has a very poor service,directors need to take note of the service in this branch,we stand for more than 2 hours without being called for service,i regret why did i bank with this stockfel institution,noq have to go to work but have to be at nedbank the whole blessed day,this thing needs to come to an end
