I've been with nedbank nearly 20 years Impeccable service Whenever I phone the call center my query gets tended to and resolved in minutes This past week I phoned to order a new card Which left me with no choice but to use my Amex till the new card arrives I had some difficulty using the Amex and for unknown reason it was inactive I phoned the call centre yesterday and the agent clearly explained to me what I should do to be able to use my Amex Thank you Nedbank
