It's rare to find a golden apple in a barrel of spoiled apple.

The saying goes, "one rotten apple spoils the whole barrel"; however, given our country and its reputation, there seems to be much more than one rotten apple in the barrel.

Although as rare as gold, you will stumble across that one person, and that is what I found today. Information is key and the most important thing in our current society.

I have had a lack of information and poor service provided by Nedbank as an Institution, but thankfully to the efforts of Harrison, I was given all the information that I needed, the assistance that I needed, and have not been receiving.

I praise him for his customer service, skills, and excellent work ethic. I hope he can go far in whatever endeavours he undertakes and in his career. Your managers, supervisors should recognise your hard work, and I hope they do reward it.
