It's been 10 days and countless emails since Nedbank stole my money and have not answered a single email to help! Nedbank needs to immediately reimburse me for an unsuccessful ATM withdrawal on their Travel Card.

The bank was so quick to sell this product and take their fees, and when there's an issue and I emailed the relevant Nedbank employees that assured me they'd be there to help, no one has cared to take accountability or action to rectify this situation.

Absolutely disgusting Nedbank, and this needs to be dealt with immediately! This product is meant to make travel less stressful, not more.
