Itc report errors

You debit me twice almost every month but on my ITC it shows that I am in a arrears on my credit score. Is it not enough that you debit me twice and now you must mess up with my credit score. I mean it shows that the last time I made payment was May 2020. It's been 3months and you haven't updated the ITC... This is affecting my credit score.
