ITC installment and paying without seeing light

I have been paying until more or less Nov2015( paying short but paying). Paid 1500 that Nov. all of a sudden I was with NRR and have since paid as per arranged in monthly (first 700 but then I increased it to 900 to finish quickly) installments, however Nedbank crated two problems impacting my ITC Profile negatively. The first problem is the monthly installment amount, Nedbank captured the ful outstanding amount as my installment amount and not the actual agreement amount, secondly, Nedbank updates my monthly ITC Profile as 150 plus days behind which doesn't reflect my monthly payments. I have tried to resolve the matter, however Nedbank is adamant that I should settle the full amount before they would consider updating my profile. My other issue is that I have paid more then 19000 but still, I feel like it is a ******* and a Vicious never ending circle and every time one calls you get the same story and it just seems like you will be paying till they kingdom come
