ITc CLEARANCE
I have done my duty to pay my loan in full to Nedbank in May 2015 to date it has not been removed from my ITC as I tried applying for a flat but the loan arrears still reflect.It was confirmed that it will be removed after they received payment as the do daily clearance of ITC.I have been send around by call centre agents who are so unprofessional and sarcastic I called after 30 days as they said I done this and it has been 6 months to date it has not been removed.They are investigating but no one comes back to say what is happening.I am so disappointed that Nedbank treat me as if I don't exist after they received there full payment.
