It takes more than 4 times, 2 power of attorneys,

My mom had a stroke 10 years ago, she is paralysed, can't work, is in my care, is barely audible, has no computer access, can't drive. Visited the branch, did power of attorney. tried with 4 visits to change the details at Glen Marais branch - we moved-I put her into a retirement home - so I can assist her with the banking etc and pay her bills. Spent hours driving up and down. paid my own attorney to do a new power of attorney - as Nedbank says theirs isn't valid to change a address and phone number???? After being assured its done. Tried to log into her bank account - its locked, spent 25 mins on phone - only to be told the security questions need to be answered with my mother present. Drive to my mother, now the security questions aren't answered correctly (apparently a stroke victim can remember her companies contact details where she worked 10 years ago!?) Get told by the cheeky manager Phillaney to go into a branch??? again?????? I lost it! Mailed them a letter of complaint as well.
