It is impossible to get a new Credit Card from Nedbank

My VISA Credit Card 4314…… ….is expiring soon and due to the fact that I need it to travel overseas I used the Nedbank- App to request a new Card. I promptly received an SMS to have it delivered at my residential address. As expected nothing happened. I then phoned the call centre and was again informed that the card will be delivered. Again nothing happened. Then I phoned again and was informed that only Master and Amercian Express cards are delivered ( Incomprehensible ) and I have to collect it at the Branch. I went to the branch and as expected – No Card. Although my Card is only expiring at the end of October, Nedbank has already stopped the usage of the card. So for this last month, despite using the Nedbank App, call-centre and personal visits to the bank I am unable to get a Card. Funny that my husband who banks with ABSA received his before expiring.
