Issue with Nedbank

On Satuarday i made deposit on Nedbank ATM in Galleria mall and lost slip for proof of payment and Durban Municapality requires that slip to update my account i have went to Nedbank New Germany and Nedbank Galleria and i have called call centre with ref no. ***0 spoke with Percy and say they cannot help me because i used ATM deposit please assist me i need this proof of paymeny urgently
