Is this the best you are capable of?

I requested the NATIS document for a vehicle financed by MFC to be sent to Nedbank Plettenberg Bay. I had sold the car, and the new owner is supposed to collect the NATIS doc from the branch but they refuse to hand it over to them, saying that I have not proved my identity sufficiently for them to hand the document over. The new owner can not use the car now as he can not register it into his name without the NATIS document.

I have sent the branch:
1.A letter of permission stating mine and the new owners ID number
2.My ID in my ****en name (still in my ****en name)
3. My marriage certificate proving that I am the same person
4. My passport
5. My drivers licence
and asked them to confirm if there is anything else they require. No answer. Nothing!! But still not handing over the document. I find it so rude of Nedbank not to have the decency of responding to communications, and also ******* to withhold the NATIS document after the car is paid up.

Nedbank: I currently have a new car financed with you: If you are so in doubt about my ID, then perhaps I should stop paying my installments for the new car, as, according to you, I am 2 different people and so can not be liable for the vehicle which you are now financing.
