Is there somebody out there?

We had an account with Nedbank (BOE) for a couple of years. Changed to FNB a few years ago but kept the Nedbank acc open to finalise details at SARS etc. We have now been unsuccesfully trying to close the Nedbank account for a few months. Apparente Nedbank still hold an Eskom guarantee but I cannet get any details from either the bank or Eskom, My requests for detail are now being ignored
