Is their Avo online store a ****?

Review for the Nedbank Avo Online shop: I bought a tumble dryer on the app on 16 June and fully paid. I have not received my order albeit Avo team saying the item was delivered. This app is a total ****. On their T&C's document it is noted I will get a phone call for delivery - this didn't happen. Also their email address ***ca is the email address for complaints, yet read receipts indicate my emails are deleted without reading.
