IS NEDBANK THEN A PART OF THIS ****

I am not a happy customer. Please explain this to me. I filled in recall forms for transactions, the account where the money was paid into is A NEDBANK ACCOUNT. These people ran a ****, and I requested to have my money recalled. On all transactions I am informed that the person on the other end, did not give NEDBANK permission to recall money. HOW DOES THIS EVEN WORK. They are all NEDBANK Clients, so am I. I want my money back, all of it and if NEDBANK does not assist, I will go to the ombudsman to sort NEDBANK!!. You should sure be aware who your customers is, and IF they ran a ****, and you gave the account, then you are as much a part of it. You have access to their account. I filled in the recall forms, Now I want a refund.. on all of it. If NEDBANK wont assist me, nedbank is a part of this **** surely.
