Is nedbank really that bad.....

I just joined 3 months ago. Already my account say pending activation, yet I've used my account already. When calling in, they say I have to go to a branch but yet nobody notified me I won't have access to my funds. They also charge me for withdraw cash, while under my withdrawal limit. This bank just became a huge inconvenience
