Is Nedbank ****ming people

I have moved my money from Nedbank to Capitec account like I always do every month but from April my money hasn't reflected into my Capitec account.i have been calling and everytime I talk to someone different asking different things like affidavit and sending both bank statement till one of them was rude to tell me it's a process n I'm not the only one... Also noticed that the is money I receive but once it get in my bank then it's debited and not even knw by who.when I enquire they said they don't know because reference is just alphabets and numbers So disappointed
