Is Nedbank ignoring the Prescription Act?

It's astonishing to see how many complaints are made in a day against Nedbank. What's even more astonishing is to see, whether it's Nedbank itself, or Third Party debt collecting agencies or attorneys attempting to collect 'old debt'. I also received a threatening SMS about old debt made nearly 13/14 years ago.
