Why take Thousands of rands from my cheque account without authorisation or my permission or warning is a blatant invasion of the money that had to go to home loans.

I must say I am furious and disgusted in the lengths you take. Can you imagine deducting money from my account without permission then told to call a certain department but you claim high standards.

Basically one must 1) safeguard their money from their own bank and 2) make sure everyone knows about nedbank tactics. Surely if you are able to deduct such a large portion of my money without my permission, you would have seen the history of the accoun yet it did not matter. The funds you have taken are to be taken to home load however you decide to take my money without permission with an order i don't know.

This is by far my worst experience and i should have left when i had the chance.
