Is it normal that Nedbank don't reply to calls/emails/reviews???

After my review on 3 March I am yet to receive ANY response from Nedbank. One star is even too much of a rating for the service from the people working the Nedbank Student Loan department. Hallo Nedbank, will there be any form a response from your side???
