Build up quit a healthy Greenbacks reward points on my credit card. Was charged R178.95 on 1 July for connection fee. Decided to cash in and buy some products from the website. Tried to log in with no results despite being confirmed by the call center that I am registered. Went to the local branch but was told to contact the call center without any enthusiastic help. Call center logged a complaint and provided a complaint reference number. No response for the past three weeks. Phoned twice now and told that they \wait for the Greenbacks department"to respond to me. Is Greenbacks a **** ???"""
