Is an Amex card a liability?????

Had some *****s on my Amex card. Having a horrible expirence trying to deal with endless stuffing around to get action and reversals from them. Amex credit card is becoming a liability as I have had previous major ********** transactions. I’m definitely closing mine.

Reviewer Update

Yet another week, one reply from my HP post, ensuring it will be attended to, but no further action! I’ve been sending email after email and she has passed this case on. All my pleading emails are now unanswered. I think Amex/Nedbank have run for the hills. I’ve also requested contact details of security and public relations directors of Nedbank. Needless to say, they are being protected and hiding behind the call centre, as useless companies do. If anybody can help me - please advise.

Despite all my effort, mails, frustration, telephone calls, visits to the Nedbank branch and Amex assurance that all the ********** transactions were removed from my statement, they have gone and deducted the whole amount from my account, including all the ********** transaction . In other words, I am funding their incompetence, and arrogance. Nedbank can not be trusted and in my mind they are extremely disrespectful to their clients and senior management hide behind call centers. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
