Irritated with Nedbank

My biggest regret was opening my sons account with you nedbank.(GFCF96059)

I don't remember the exact day or month but I was so excited when I went to open my son's( Nkosingiphile Shange)account at Nedbank Maponya mall only to found out that there was an account already opened *****ulently under my name.I did mention to the lady I've never had an account with Nedbank.I have always used ABSA and I wanted a different bank for my son.She continued to open the account for my son and I don't know why they linked it with that account that was opened *****ulently anyway I did send the affidavit and 10 signature paper stating that the account was opened *****ulently and I asked that it must not affect my son's account.

Sbusiso who was investigating the case then helped to remove the hold.I was just depositing money from my absa to my son's account and never used it and I ended up forgetting his pin.

So I went to Nedbank express Florida to try get a new pin since I didn't have nedbank banking app,that's when I was told again that they re put a hold again on my son's account.

It's been a month every week calling with no help.They have been sending Glannes endless messages the "investigating officer" till now she hasnt respond and I also sent her.

I need funds on my son's account and close that account I'm really ****ed and irritated with nedbank.I opened this account knowing that I'll save up money for in times of trouble and emergency I can always use it as a back up for my son.For weeks been mentioning my son is out of milk and pampers.I really regret opening my son's account with you guys.
