Irritated Homeloan consultant

I called 2 times to confirm if the Dr Order on my bond has been cancelled since the bond is paid up and in a process to get a deed. Your first consultant put me through to a fax number and did bother calling me back. The second one (Nondumiso)was irritated when I could not give her an account number. I offered to give her an ID number in which she said she would not be able to obtain the number. I am not sure why she could not do that since the previous agent was able to pick uo the info. I offered to log in on my profile & give her the account. She was so irritated she put me back to the call center. There is no way I was going to hold for another 10minutes. May I request that an interested consultant call me. A\c ***
