I was chatting to about to service agents from Nedbank and they just left me hanging. At 7:05am i asked them to check my balance because there was something strange happening with my money. Its 7:40 am now and that Mthokozisi is still checking. Nedbank please stop copying this chat thing from FNB because you cannot do it right or hire people who are serious about their work
