Irregular debit order and incorrect debit order dae and now

I have two loans with Nedbank and have a debit order arranged with the bank to go off every last day of the month. I have retired last year 31 October 2025 and have written email to the bank advising change if debut order date. They deduct even the 11 the in the month and a pensioner U have communicated with the bank. From December 2025 to February 2026 a double deduction plus minus 10 000.00 instead of 4 226 every month.
