Nedbank is trying to ****** money they claim i owe them. The claim that Nedbank had a technical error around the 11 October 2023 to 31 December 2023 that led to an amount of R4000 being deposited into my Bank account. Now my account is sitting at R-R4000. I have queried this problem and yes they do accept that during that period they had a technical fault but cannot prove that the money the claim i owe went into my bank account. I studied my bank statement for the period they claim the amount went into my account, nothing supports their claim. I have engaged them via my local branch and via their many exhausting departments they put me through, bottom line is, they failed to furnish me with proof. They are promising to deduct this R4000 they cannot prove whether i like it or not. I have tried to ask them not to deduct until they are done with their "Investigation" but, they are not willing to listen to me, in fact, they have concluded, the fact that my account is on negative. I am very disappointed with this bank. My Ref no: ***2 Ref no: ***8. This is my hard-earned money they want to take and claim i withdrew. They cannot even allow me to close my account until they have ******ed this amount. This is a form of ******* at its best.
