*******ion and anarchy at Nedbank

Good day

I hereby write this email in disgust of the level of service that I am receiving from you. To this day I still have not received a refund on the eft that was made on my policy premiums, only to be told that you don’t take eft payments.

Why are your staff members giving out banking details if you know exactly that you do not take eft payments on policies? This is total anarchy, ******* and *******ion.

I sent an email that I would get a refund within 7days but still have not seen a cent of that refund into my bank account. Please help me recover this refund urgently!
