Invited me to apply, then ignored my application
<p>I received an invitation letter to apply for a credit card. In response, I app**** for a credit card at your Cresta branch on Sunday 23 Oct and was told it takes 5 to 6 working days to get a response. I'm still waiting, can someone please give me feedback?</p>

Account finally approved after so much stress. BUT CARD DISPATCHED 13 NOV YET STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED AT BRANCH FOR COLLECTION!!! I get excuse after excuse. Where is my card? Shall I tell you how to do your job? Check the courier tracking number for the batch the card was in, if it indicates it arrived at Eastagate branch and it indicates who signed for it there, then call the branch manager and ask why I was never told to come collect it. I am thoroughly dissappointed in Nedbank and regret the day I ever did business with you. YOU'VE FAILED TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!!!
