Investment Nightmare: Netbank fails to deliver

Terrible experience with NetBank's investment account! I opened a fixed investment account with the intention of reinvesting the interest, but the bank has been transferring it to my current account instead. Despite multiple calls, the customer service team couldn't provide a solution or assistance. Even after being assisted by one of their consultants, who escalated the matter to the top management/HR, my issue remains unresolved. The interest earned on my 60-month investment is not being added to my initial investment amount as instructed, and the top management/HR team failed to provide a solution or assistance. The lack of support and poor account management has left me questioning the value of banking with NetBank. Avoid their investment accounts if you value your time and money. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and expect a better outcome to my issue.
