Investment funds

It's been almost 6 months since my sister and I are trying to claim our late mom's investment funds. Till this day the funds are not released the run around we're getting from Eastgate branch. We have bills that we have to settle the municipality will cutting off our water and electricity because we're not paying reason being Nedbank doesn't wanna release fund and we're busy getting lame excuses. I wouldn't recommend anyone to investment with nedbank
