Invasion of privacy

I have an fixed deposit with Nedbank. I received a sms to download my statement. After confirming etc I noticed that the amounts and name were different. I have access to someone else's statement and I'm sure they have access to mine. This is personal information. How is this possible? It's wrong on so many levels. It's an invasion of privacy.
