Invasion of privacy

I cannot believe the nerve Nedbank has to call me and practically tell me what I should be doing with my money and cards! I dont see why I am practically being forced to use an american express card when it has not been accepted at the stores I do my shopping at nor is the green back rewards program accepted at all stores. And the nerve to tell me what I have spent at shops! This has absolutely nothing to do with nedbank and so what if thats what I am spending at these stores. The choice is mine to do as I please seeing that I am paying for these services not them. This has been such an invasion of my privacy and I do not appreciate it one bit!
