Invalid debiy orders and payments from Saving Accouns

It is now for a couple of Month that Nedbank just mov3 my Debitorder date in my Personal loan. Thry mobed it from tje 1st backwords yo the 20th. When I contacted th4m to move it back the next month they took a double debit orde statingbthe reason is because itvis now moved from thr 20 to the first. The next mont they run the debit order again on the 20 th when I contavted them they also run a debiyvorder on the 30 an now today again on the 9th. When I contacted them they say I must phone back on Monday. This is resulting in me not being able to buy food for my kids. And this is an error on their side. Nedbank yoday made an unauthorized payment from my Savings account to my Personal loan account. This is not acveptable
