The call centre agent, Sandy Michael, sent emails of ************ and threat without proper procedures followed. I requested call recordings to which he responded I must come to their offices to listen to them. I reside in Cape Town but the office I must visit is in Johannesburg. I am going to take this matter further and going to expose these *********** individuals who lacks knowledge of CPA.
