Internet payments not authorized

Call ***,2 payments amounting to R400 were paid out to accounts that are not even listed as my beneficiaries so I called to find out what happened I first spoke to Nqobile Biyela and she said she can't help I should go to the branch so I did they couldn't help and I called again and spoke to Nduduzo who said I called to initiate the payments and I told him I didi not then he said I created them and I told him again I did not then asked him to delete the payments because one of the accounts are closed and he advised me they will not go off again because it was a once reoccuring payment again he's statement didn't sit well with me when he said re occuring never the less he assured they will not go off again because he cannot delete and I cannot delete only they can see them and I cannot which is very annoying that so called initiated payments that I created can only be seen only by Nedbank,I want my money back from Nedbank ,they created this nonsense and they must fix it
