International payment hasn't been released to my account

I Received international payment on the 26th of april and the very same day I accepted the money through money app and it said to me it will reflect 2-3 but till today no money nothing I even went to the branch in bloemfontein they said I must contact nedbank because they can't help me , I called and the guy who helped said within 24-48 hours I'll get my money but the 48 hours has passed still no money in I'm really disappointed in this bank , I struggle to my account I'm so Down and disappointed at the moment I even swnt emails no help I don't know what to do anymore
