Interest on investment not paid out

We have 3 Long term investments that expired at Nedbank the 5th of September. Two accounts I had to go into the bank to cancel the investments and had them pay it out to my bank for a better interest rate because there was an R 50,000 transfer limit. The third account in my daughters name I did the cancelation on the app and gave the account number I would like the moneys being transferred to. Yesterday the 6th I saw Nedbank only paid in the capital, not the interest too. We called Nedbank's client service, and they just talk me it looks like its done, but they cant do anything for 2 or 3 more days??? I need that interest do do an re-investment asap. Can someone please look into this and do a transfer asap. Thank you
