Interest down but installment went up

Logged a call regarding interest rate that decreased but installment that went up. No response. Logged 3 hello peter calls and no one phoning back. When we went into the bank they asked if we would please move all our accounts to Nedbank. Well with this kind of service there is no way we will even consider it. Truely don't know what to do to get someone to help.
