Interest charged on a 0 balance

I paid up my loan which showed 0 balance so I called in to let them know its settled. The agent told me he will transfer me to another department and when he transferred me it said the department was closed. That was yesterday. Today it shows I owe about R100 odd and part of that is an interest charge. Interest on a 0 balance?!? I want that amount reversed and my account settled!
